1. The prices of pork and eggs have continued to decline. The weekly average price of pork in the wholesale market is 27.32 yuan per kilogram, a decrease of 8.6% month on month, marking the seventh consecutive week of decline, with a year-on-year increase of 15.6%; Beef costs 76.75 yuan per kilogram, a month on month decrease of 1.9% and a year-on-year decrease of 0.7%; Mutton is 67.83 yuan per kilogram, which is unchanged compared to the previous month and 4.8% lower than the previous year; The white striped chicken costs 18.85 yuan per kilogram, a decrease of 0.9% month on month and an increase of 8.6% year-on-year. The weekly average price of eggs in the wholesale market is 11.58 yuan per kilogram, a decrease of 3.3% month on month, marking a small decline for 8 consecutive weeks, with a year-on-year increase of 15.6%.
2. Most aquatic product prices have slightly declined. The silver carp, carp, spotted silver carp, grass carp, and hairtail were 9.60 yuan, 13.67 yuan, 16.39 yuan, 16.38 yuan, and 37.00 yuan per kilogram, respectively, a decrease of 1.0%, 0.8%, 0.5%, 0.2%, and 0.1% compared to the previous period. The weekly average prices of yellow croaker and crucian carp in the wholesale market were 43.42 yuan and 19.07 yuan per kilogram, respectively, with a month on month increase of 1.0% and 0.2%.
3. The average price of vegetables has significantly increased. The weekly average price of 28 key monitored vegetables is 4.80 yuan per kilogram, an increase of 5.3% month on month and a decrease of 4.4% year-on-year. From a variety perspective, the prices of 20 types of vegetables have increased, while 4 remain unchanged and 4 have decreased. Among them, the prices of ginger, beans, rapeseed, and spinach have increased significantly, with a month on month increase of 29.7%, 16.2%, 11.3%, and 11.1%, respectively.
